Children's Ministries
Just Like Jesus (JLJ) Construction Club
Children ages 4 years through 8th grade can join in the fun with the JLJ Construction Club. Each group works together to create ways to express their love of Jesus as they work to build their lives like Jesus. There are a wide variety of creative experiences offered during this hour of fun from music to artistic expression to story time and much more.
Sundays 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Year-round
- Ages 4 through 1st grade - Room B4
- Grades 2 through 8 - Room B3
Sunday School
Sunday school opportunities are available for children ages 4 through 8th grade during the 11 a.m. worship time. Ages 4 through 5th held year round. 6th through 8th grade held Sept - May. Children are exposed to the Bible using the Rotation Method. This method teaches the same Bible story or concept over six weeks. Each Sunday, our groups of children rotate to a new workshop. The workshops use cooking, art, science, drama and games to reinforce the message. Kids love the repetition and need it to remember their lessons. Because each of the workshop leaders teaches through a different style of learning, the kids don't get bored. Instead, this multiple-intelligence approach enhances the learning process. Children come to know God through a variety of ways.
For more information on Children's Sunday School ages 4 through 5th grade, please contact our Children's Ministries Director, Peggy Franciosa, (610)518-9042.
